One On One With Mohammed of Khartoun, Sudanese Restaurant

Africa is the World's second-largest and second-most-populous continent, with over 54 Countries. We have an array of cultures and our food is rich and uniquely different. I love trying new food and new method of cooking so I visited a Sudanese Restaurant.I had a chat with Mohammed a Sudanese/ Egyptian chef. We talked about all things food and I had to try some food out.

Mohammed owner of the Khartoun Restaurant located in the heart of footscray says his opening two new branches in Sunshine and Dandenong. He says customers travel very far for his food because he keeps it fresh and makes sure there is no difference in taste with what is made back home. Mohammed taught me how to make Sudanese traditional dish called Foul or Ful, the Arabic word for fava beans or broad beans.

She has been in the Natural hair industry for over 20 years and has just recently moved to Melbourne to leave with her husband and now has her own natural hair saloon where she specialises in taking care of Afro-texured hair. One On One With Trevor Sampson and The Sampson Brothers (South Africa)

Hi guys, on the 4th of April I had this live stage interview with Trevor Sampson and his two sons David and Jason. It took forever for youtube to allow the video to upload ….finally it happened , I am so over the moon. Check below for more information about the family group.
It was such an amazing experience. Thanks to Uncle Bunmi Ajayi, Blessing Aniah and the team.

Trevor Sampson – an anointed singer, multi-instrumentalist,
producer and sound engineer from Cape Town, South Africa – has been in
full-time music ministry for 34 years. He started his journey of full-time
music ministry with Youth For Christ, South Africa in 1980 and has since been
allowed to minister from many of the world’s most desired gospel platforms.

For many years, Trevor has been a regular feature in the
Billy Graham Global Satellite Link Up events as well as Franklin Graham’s
Gospel Festivals. He was music director for Reinhard Bonnke’s Christ for All
Nations evangelistic crusades and was music director and producer for Jesus
Alive Ministries International’s television productions and regular crusades on
the African continent for 12 years.

Trevor has recorded many churches live over the past 25
years, including the Rhema Bible Church in Johannesburg – the Praise Africa projects having been his
brainchild as a worship facilitator there. He has vast experience in arts,
sound engineering and recording and he continues to share this expertise with
many at grassroots level through regular workshops and seminars. Through this,
Trevor has become a mentor and father to many of South Africa’s young, up and
coming artists.

He has been happily married to his wife, Tricia for 28 years
and they have three children together: Bianca-Maree, Jason and David.

Jason and David have both been accepted to Berklee College of
Music, in Boston, USA – a prestigious tertiary institution which is well known
for it’s long list of successful musicians as alumni. Following the release of
Jason’s debut album, Conscience, in
2011 Jason and David are set to release their joint album, as The Sampson
Brothers at the end of 2014. The album features a number of talented and
influential South African music artists who support their intent to attend
Berklee, including Janine Price, Victor Masondo and Barry Snyman. The proceeds
of this album will go towards the high costs of their tuition.

Trevor Sampson and The Sampson Brothers will be on tour
through Europe,  Scandinavia, USA,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean during 2015.
